is known for bringing kids robotic and aquatic pets, and one of its newest additions to the tank is the AquaBot Jellyfish. In our office, we’ve seen Angel Fish, , and even Zombie AquaBots swimming around at their leisure, and while this new pet fish is just as exciting as fish of the past, it has some new, swimmingly awesome features.
Aside from all of the cool technology inside the Jellyfish, kids are definitely going to appreciate the toy’s unique design and the super bright colors that the Jellyfish come in—blue, pink, purple, green, and orange. Each Jellyfish has 18 tentacles with a rubbery feel to them and kids will love watching them move around and glide through the water as the Jellyfish swims. The AquaBot Jellyfish is designed for fish lovers ages 3 and up, and can be enjoyed by kids of all ages because you’re never too old for a pet Jellyfish—at least that’s what I hear.
From the creators of Hexbug, Aquabot fish are a fantastic introduction to the world of robotics as their inner workings are visible through their translucent bodies, both mesmerising and fascinating to watch. The fish will sleep after 5 minutes of swimming to save power, but can be quickly woken up by tapping the side of the tank. The tank comes with one robotic LED fish (Hammerhead or Angelfish - colours vary), and additional can be purchased separately. There is also the mean Aquabot to collect. With super realistic swimming action these robotic fish are great fun to watch in a tank, or perhaps in the bath!
Hexbug Aquabot Remote Control Angelfish come in four different colors and are recommended for kids aged 4 and up. The fish have an MSRP of $19.99. And if you want to build your aquarium even further, a self-piloting robotic Aquabot Jellyfish ($14.99) is also available in five translucent colors.
