No, the Eddie Bauer high chair does not have wheels. But to tell you the truth, I didn't like having wheels on my other high chair. I was always accidentally tripping one of the breaks so that when I tried to move it the next time, one wheel dragged. The Eddie Bauer chair is very lightweight and easy to move, so I don't find that I miss the wheels. Also, the Eddie Bauer has scratch-proof buffers on the bottom of it, so it's easy on my original hardwoods.
The Eddie Bauer chair also does not recline, however, I don't like the reclining option of my other high chair. I think it was just an extra feature that was a huge pain in the butt. To recline means that the chair has a slit at the bottom of the chair backing. That slit is very easy for milk to run into and pour down the back of the chair and puddle on the floor. In addition, it has little crevices near where the milk slides from, so you need to scour in the little crack to get the milk out before it starts to stink. Thus, the reclining option is more hassle than help. Trust me.
I love my Eddie Bauer high chair. After trying out a different chair before it, I can only assume that the other reviewers don't know what the grass is like on the other side.
