First, a little about the food and the brand. I was able to attend a Gerber 3rd Foods® Lil Bits™ Live Event last week, with several babies in attendance. The party was a great way for moms and babies in similar stages, to meet up and enjoy one another’s company, but also to taste test the new line of foods.
Everything from the decorations to the food and activities was just very well done. After letting the little ones practice fine and gross motor skills, via different activities, we sat down to a luncheon. The moms had plenty of delicious, and healthy options, while the babes got to try Gerber 3rd Foods® Lil Bits™ Recipes. I have got a cute onesie and sample to bring home to a friend.
Gerber announced the expansion of its newest line of products, Gerber 3rd Foods Lil' Bits recipes, with the launch of Gerber 3rd Foods Lil' Bits Dinners. The new category within Lil' Bits not only provides parents with the perfectly-sized soft pieces to help their babies master the essential chewing developmental milestone, but also delivers the nutrition and variety many parents are looking for. Lil' Bits Dinners recipes are now available at major retailers.
Have your little ones had trouble with the gerber 3rd stage foods? I planned on starting my little girl on then the other day when she turned 10 months. I gave her the lasagna one and she acted like she was gagging/choking everytime I gave her some! I was giving her small bites also! She does fine eating the puffs, yogurt melts, bread... but she was really scaring me with the lasagna and the noodles in it looked pretty small... Anyone else had this problem yet?
