Selling and administrative expenses have increased by 8.1 million but this was offset by the increase in sales and actually decreased the expense as percentage of sales over the same period. Cash provided by operating activities decreased to 8.4 compared to 10.5 million during the first nine months due to an increase in merchandise inventories. This increase in inventories can be due to an increased demand. They have closed 5 stores during this time and expect to close 2 more in the fourth quarter, but do intend to open 20 new stores in the fiscal year 2011.
